How Can We Help?
Issues discovered or reported using the support form (above or on the home page) are organized and displayed below (bold itallic) in the General Game Issues section. Issues with the same solution are grouped together. The response or solution appears below the discovered or reported issue(s). The date displayed is the date the response or solution was first posted.
The Known Game Issues section (below General Games Issues) lists any and all Known Issues for which we have been unable to find a guaranteed solution. For every Known Issue, a solution or advice is provided. Fortunately, the work done to solve these issues has made most of them relatively rare, especially when the given advice is followed by players.
The Holo-Station I Release Notes provide players with a considerable amount of details about various items and functions added to the game. As such, this document can be a valuable source of support for Holo-Station I players. Click Here, to check out the latest Release Notes for Holo-Station I (Prophet's Agenda)
Also see the Unique Game Features section at the end of the page. This section describes a couple of features that might be unique to Gravity Goddess Games that are intended to benefit players or improve their game experience.
General Game Issues
Can't move character! Seems to be stuck in injury animation...
Extra set of Portals appeared at Conditioning Station, after Mount hit Pilot Practice Portal...
Protector suddenly stopped Fighting! Not sure what happened!
When the Stop Conditioning button is enabled, most game issues can be resolved, by stopping the Conditioning program, by touching this button. The game is automatically saved, when the Stop function runs properly, so no progress should be lost. But note that the Stop function runs many different functions, any one of which might itself be affected by the issue you're trying to recover from. If the Stop function fails to resolve a problem or the problem causes the Stop function itself to fail, the only option is to close/reopen the game.

Known Game Issues
Character Hanging
• For various technical reasons, characters sometimes become stuck or hung up, especially when walking on the edge of game objects. So it is recommended that you stay clear of the edges of anything your character is standing or walking on. Game has been designed to minimize Character Hanging/ Sticking, but characters WILL become stuck from time to time.
• Therefore, the UnSticker button (next to Gear Panel button) was added, so players can attempt to manually UnStick their stuck characters.
• The UnSticker button usually works. But, in the rare occasion that UnSticker button fails to unstick your hanging character, if available, Levitation always works to unstick a stuck character.
• If all else fails, use try using the Stop Conditioning button.
Platform Riding/Jumping
• For various technical reasons, jumping to a platform that is moving too quickly can result in ”Character Sliding", where the Platform moves in one direction, but the character is moving in another direction or isnt moving at all, resulting in the platform moving from underneath the character, causing the character to fall to the ground.
• Riding an Elevator Platform that is moving [up & down] too quickly can result in Fall Through, where the character seems to fall through the Platform.
• Much work has been done to minimize Character Sliding and Fall Through, which is most likely to happen with the faster moving platforms of HSI Level 2 and Level 3. However, it is recommended that players NEVER attempt a Platform Jump, without first using the Platform Device (if/when available), to slow down or stop the Platforms.
• For best results, Platforms should be STOPPED, before Jumping or before using JumpSure, even at Level 1.
Fall System
• In some cases, the game misinterprets Character Sticking with Character Falling, which triggers the game's Fall System.
• In this case, if the Sticking ends quickly enough, the game will think the character just landed from a Fall and will likely apply some level of Fall Damage to the character, depending upon the duration of the Sticking.
• On the other hand, if the Character Sticking goes on long enough, the game will think the character is Free Falling. And, in this case, the character will likely be recovered to an appropriate Free Fall Recovery Location.
• However, depending upon where and when it happens, Free Falling can also result in the character becoming Too Injured. In this case, of course, the character will either be sent to the Trainer Station or will end up using an AutoRestorer, if available.
• Given various recent updates, it is possible that this Known Issue has actually been eliminated. But, until this has been confirmed, players should still be aware of this issue.

Game Saving & Moveable Objects
• One unique feature of the Gravity Goddess Game Series is the fact that players are able to move certain objects around, thereby changing their locations. Additionally, when objects are moved to a new position or location, objects should remain in those new locations or positions, even if the game is stopped and restarted.
• This is accomplished by a complex system that saves and restores the position and rotation of every moveable object in the game.
• More than 240 objects at the Abandoned Mining Station (AMS) can be moved by the player. But the rotating of the AMS can complicate the game's ability to properly save and restore the positions & rotations of these moveable objects.
• Therefore, special updates had to be done to allow for the proper and reliable saving & restoring of the locations of the moveable objects at the Abandoned Mining Station. However, there are still some minor issues that might occur, when players use the Save button, while at The Black Market.
• Specifically, when the game's save system fails to properly save the positions/rotations of moveable objects, when those objects are restored, object postions might be so dramatically altered that some or all of the moveable objects end up outside of The Abandoned Mining Station. • Therefore, an Object Reset button was added to the Achievements Tab (5) for The Black Market. Use the Object Reset button (bottom/right of the Achievements panel) to automatically reset all 240+ moveable objects to their default positions/rotations.

Destroyer Damage Display
• Until a thorough review has been conducted, there is no way to be sure; but there is evidence that suggests that the system used to display damage and healing values during Destroyer Fights might have some issues.
• Specifically, when both Companion Cannonballs hit at the same time, often the damage for the Proton Cannonball will not be seen.
• In other cases, it seems like certain damage values might be displayed more than once, when Damage Over Time (DOT) is being used against the Destroyer.
• However, note that, in general, the Destroyer Damage/Healing Display & Reporting System works as intended. Therefore, even if it turns out that the final values are not exactly accurate, they should still and always be close to accurate and should certainly give player some idea of the amount of damage/healing done during the Fight.
• Therefore, for now, even though the system might not be perfect, it will continue to be used.
• Finally, note that, even if there might be issues with damage DISPLAY & REPORTING, the actual damage done to the Destroyer should ALWAYS be accurate; and, therefore, can be used to determine the accuracy of the damage values displayed and the totals reported.

Character Gear Loss
• Because players can either purchase Leotard & Slippers or farm Implants from the Debris Fields, Gear [any item that can be added to the Gear Panel] is NOT automatically replaced, if/when accidentally lost or accidentally destroyed.
• Gear can be accidentally lost, if a player Quits the game, without first saving the game, after dragging Gear to the Gym Bag.
• To prevent Gear from being accidentally lost, players should use the Save Game button, after dragging Gear from the Gear Panel to the Gym Bag.
• In the next version, the game will be automatically saved, when players drag Gear from the Gear Panel to the Gym Bag, which should prevent or dramatically reduce the possibility that Gear will be accidentally lost. But, for now, players will have to reacquire (re-purchase/re-farm) any Gear that has been accidentally lost.
• When players touch Items in the Gym Bag, the Item Interaction Panel is enabled, allowing the player to Use/Equip the Item, to Destroy the Item or to Close the Item Interaction Panel. And, hereby, it is possible for players to accidentally touch the "Destroy" button, when intending to touch the "Use/Equip" button. And, after touching the Destroy button, players would be only one touch away from accidentally destroying the Item.
• To prevent Gear from being accidentally destroyed, players should take care, if/when touching Gear that has been moved to the Gym Bag.
• For Gear that is accidentally destroyed, there are NO PLANS to assist player in recovering such Items, since the player can reacquire any Gear [Leotard, Slippers or Implant] on his own. And, therefore, players will have to reacquire (re-purchase/re-farm) any Gear that has been accidentally destroyed.

Reward Replacement System
• For various technical reasons, it is possible for a reward to be accidentally destroyed or otherwise lost by the game's systems.
• Therefore, in the Gravity Goddess Game Series, reward items are automatically added to a “Reward Replacement System”, which is designed to automatically replace reward items that might have been lost by accidental deletion.
• This means that intentionally deleted reward items will also be automatically replaced, when the game or the Conditioning program is restarted.
• This feature is necessary, because the game expects the player to have and to be using reward items; and because, in some cases, the game would be unintentionally difficult, if players were able to permanently destroy or lose reward items.
Unique Game Features
Progressive Drop Chance
• In the Gravity Goddess Game Series, rare item drops will usually have a “Progressive Drop Chance”, rather than having a “Set Drop Chance”.
• With a “Progressive Drop Chance” (PDC), players are rewarded for the time, effort and resources they spend trying to acquire rare items. This means that the more a player tries and fails to get a rare item to drop, over time, after hitting set milestones, the drop chance for that item is increased by 10%, until drop chance for that item finally reaches 50%.
• Important examples of items that have a “Progressive Drop Chance” would be:
• Rare Implant 1 (Push Enemy Back + StopMove/StopFire + AutoHeal, MultiFire & Will Boost (to increase damage done to Protectors/Destroyers) - drops from Protectors/Destroyers, when destroyed.
• Rare Implant 3 (100 - 250 added to Companion Health + 1 - 2 minutes added to Companion duration + Applies Implant 10 Effect, which does major damage to Protectors/ Destroyers, or instantly destroys Protectors or does extreme damage to Destroyers, when SuperPowered) - drops from Protectors/Destroyers, when destroyed.
• SpiritTazer (Does major spiritual damage & stuns Spirits for 1 - 3 seconds + Tazer damage increased & chance to gain the Empowered buff, if SuperPower in Gym Bag, when SpiritTazer is used) - drops from Powerful Spirits, when successfully Exorcised and driven into Dormancy.
• HolySmite (Instantly forces active and attacking Spirits into Dormancy) - drops from Powerful Spirits, when successfully Exorcised and driven into Dormancy.
Automatic Item Replacement
• In the Gravity Goddess Game Series, unlike other games, if players try to use an item that, for some reason, cannot be used or whose effect or function cannot be applied, that item is NOT consumed (if consumable) and does NOT go into the usual “item cooldown”.
• Instead, the item is automatically replaced (if consumable) and a “1 second cooldown” is applied.
